I Thank Thee

Lord today I lift my thankful heart to thee,
With gratitude for all your blessings so rich and free,
For health, for strength, for rest at night,
For family and friends, for love’s pure light.

Am grateful for every blessing you showered on me from above,
Bestowed on me because of your great love.
Today am grateful Lord I humbly say,
Father in heaven, I thank thee for another day.

There is nothing in this world that can make your heart burst with happiness like a fresh realization, a fresh taste of God’s goodness and faithfulness. Do not forget to give God thanks always.

In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. 1 Thessalonians 5:18
