Embracing My New Identity

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

I have a new identity. I have left the old junk behind. All I have to do now is live by simple obedience to God’s word, daily denying myself and exercise faith in God.

My life is no longer what it once was. With my new identity, I am liberated from the troubles of my old life. I am free from all prior entanglements. The new identity I now have has broken the chains of despair, depression and the feeling of worthlessness and set me free. With the past now behind me, I have nothing but the future to look forward to. I have been given a new life. A life that is truly hid in Christ.

The new identity is available for all who would believe upon the Lord Jesus Christ. It is available for all who are willing to think differently, live differently, and act differently.

As always thank you for reading. I am truly grateful that you stopped by. Feel free to like, share, leave your thought or reblog. Until we meet again in this space…much love and blessings.♥♥♥

Isn’t it wonderful being a new creation in Christ Jesus?
Reminds me of the scripture Paul wrote in Philippians, verses 13 and 14 “Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,
I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus” … Have a blessed and restful day Fay Ann. ☺️♥️🙌
