Grateful For The Atonement

Isn’t the atonement of Jesus Christ amazing?! I am so thankful for Jesus Christ and for His sacrifice for us. I know that He loves us because He chose to suffer and die for us.

Sweet Jesus you died for me. You are the perfect definition of love. Amazing Grace, that’s me, a wretched sinner saved by His grace. My heart jumps for joy and so many times I just cannot take it all in, thank you Jesus.

I feel so loved by my Heavenly Father. I have been able to be comforted and feel of God’s love for me through the power of the Holy Ghost. I love my Saviour, Jesus Christ. Bless The Lord O my soul. All Glory to God Almighty for he is good and gracious!

Get Rid of the Mask

In our attempt to hide our insecurity or avoid betrayal and hurt, we create a mask, a look we are willing to let the world see in order to be accepted.

Scripture reminds me that even though I may be able to put on a mask and fool the people around me, I cannot fool God. God knows who we are. He sees behind our masks. He loves us and longs for us to be free from the fear of being rejected.

If you are constantly changing masks to fit in, then you know the awful burden of maintaining the false you. Be honest. Are you wearing a mask? Isn’t it time you asked Jesus to help you to take it off? Ask Jesus to help you remove the mask. Be real. Be YOU!

The Sufficiency of His Amazing Grace

“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. 2 Corinthians 12:9

God has chosen not to remove my “thorn”. His grace is working with my faith, giving me the strength that I need.

His grace is more than a warm blanket to comfort me in my weakness. It is the fuel for my soul to power me through them. I have zero percentage of sufficiency in myself. In my weakest of moments there is always sufficient strength in God’s grace to sustain me. Only God’s grace is sufficient to sustain me.

The ONLY reason I am here today is because of God’s GRACE!! Thank you God for the gift of your Amazing Grace!💕💕💕

God Loves Me

God loves me. He is absolutely committed to doing what is best for me. Sometimes I don’t feel like I deserve God’s love, but then He shows me He still loves me and he cares.

God does not just love ne because I deserve His love. He loves me because HE IS LOVE.

God’s Love

What is God’s love?

God’s love for us is objectively displayed in actions.

“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life” John 3:16.

God so loved that He gave. God’s love did something: He gave His one and only Son.

God’s love is action oriented, tangible and active.

The cross is the demonstration of God’s sacrificial love.

But God demonstrates his love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8

Christ’s death is the great proof, the ultimate demonstration of God’s love. “God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”

God shows, God proves, his love for us in giving Christ to die on our behalf.

God’s love for us is unconditional.

God’s love is active and sacrificial.

Nothing compares to God’s unconditional love.

God’s love transcends everything in the universe.

Living like Christ demonstrates God’s love.

God is love. God loves us.

God’s love for us has no end, no limits.

I am a conduit for God’s love.

Thank you Lord for loving me.

Prayer For Self

Heavenly Father I am thankful that you are always merciful, gracious, and faithful, even in my failings.

Father you know all my shortcomings but you love me still. I humbly ask you to take my not enough and make it more than enough. Take my anxieties, my pain, my failure, and my frailty, and make it something more.

Father even at this time I bring before you this difficulty situation I am facing right now. Lord I know that unless you step in, I will surely fail. Help me at this time to make the right decision exercising faith, knowing that you will work it out for my good.

Lord, please erase my doubt. Take it all away. Help my unbelief. I want to rely on you and you alone. Help me to trust you instead of trusting in myself. Help me to trust you in every situation and every season of my life. Steady my trust in you so that it never waver, no matter what challenges I face. When I am anxious and afraid, remind me of your promises. Give me the courage and strength I need each day to live by your grace. Lord please strengthen my faith, please make me bold and courageous, not fearful and full of anxiety. Thank you for hearing and answering my prayer in Jesus name I pray amen.

The Promise Keeper

After waiting patiently, Abraham received what was promised. Hebrews 6:15

We serve a promise keeping God.

He makes and keeps his promises.

He is the greatest promise keeper.

He always fulfills what He promises.

His promises are worth the wait.

Waiting on my promise from God.

In 2 Corinthians 12:9, God promises to help us: “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”

Remember God is a Promise Keeper!

Cling to the promises of God.

Today’s Prayer # 101

Lord thank you for the gift of your Holy Spirit. Be with me during all the challenges of this day. Keep evil far from me and let me live in a way that only brings glory to your name.

I pray that we will not loose focus and not get distracted by the schemes of the enemy that is plotting against us in these trying times. In Jesus’ name I pray amen.
