Lord I Truly Thank You

In my brokenness, you made me whole,
In my emptiness, you saved my soul!
For the comfort in the time of need,
For every kind word and deed,
For the sun that shines so bright,
And the moon that guide us by its light.

For your love that is so evident,
For your boundless grace that is sufficient.
For your amazing grace,
For your love that brings a smile to my face,
For your patience that brings me so much cheer,
For your faithfulness and kindness throughout the year.

Thank you Lord for this knowledge to write,
With each article I pen it makes my world so bright,
Thank you so much for being my light,
Because of you, my future is bright.
Thank you for the still small voice,
That always cause my heart to rejoice,
Am most grateful I have a Father whose love is faithful and true,
For all these blessings I pause to say, Lord I truly thank you.

As always thank you for reading. I am truly grateful that you stopped by. Feel free to like, share, leave your thought or reblog. Until we meet again in this space…much love and blessings.♥♥♥

Today’s Prayer # 92

Lord I thank you for waking me up this morning, gving me another day of life. Lord I thank you for your grace, love, mercy and salvation. Thank you Lord for your daily protection and provisions. Thank you for my family, friends, enemies and my brothers and sisters in Christ.

Lord as I go out again today, please teach and show me to love gracefully, to be peaceful with others, to forgive, to trust, and to let go of the things that may cause hurt to others. Help me to love and trust you more and more. Heal me of all emotional pain and loneliness. I pray Father that I will continue to bare good fruits. Lord, remember every member of my family. Please comfort our hearts that are broken at this time because of the loss of our love one. Lord, help us to forgive whomever committed the crime. Heal, mend and restore us I pray. I pray that we will not loose focus and not to be distracted by the schemes of the devil that is plotting against us in these trying times.

Lord please be with us during all the challenges of this day. Keep evil far from us and let us live in a way that only brings glory to your name. Father, I ask you to remove everything that is hindering us from serving you faithfully. I come to you Father with a humble and sincere heart asking you to be attentive to my prayer. In Jesus name I pray amen.

Unrelenting Unrepenting

My love ones died but I cannot go,
Tears river dried so it will not flow,
Enigmatic epidemic severing lives,
Body bags made of plastics replacing caskets, seem graves have lost their pride.

Leap year won’t leap, it’s like we are halted in a maze,
Though we don’t know if prolonging perils awaiting beyond this phase.
Faces familiar peculiar to the eyes,
Precautionary protocols pursuing yet mass detriments defy.

Majority masking like musketeers, toiletries scarce.
Offsprings orphaned,parent hearts pierced,
Closing of borders, economical declines,
Vaccination soon be mandatory, but is the reason divine?

Express compassions to your fellowmen like each day is the last,
For we are existing in a dire strand where we are unaware of who next will past.
The heeding words of prophecies now emerging into beings,
Our pleading will not be acknowledge for we are unrepenting of our sins.

As always thank you for reading. I am truly grateful that you stopped by. Feel free to like, share, leave your thought or reblog. Until we meet again in this space…much love and blessings.♥♥♥

He Spoke To Me In My Grief

Weakened from the sorrow and the pain,
I sat down and asked, Lord, why must I go through this again?
My smile disappears,
And sadness oversteers.

This is what I ask,
because I don’t want to wear a mask,
Don’t you know the pain of losing a love one is driving me insane,
Why did you allow this to happen? Or who should I blame?

My heart pounded in a hollow,
till my head hurt and I buried it in my pillow, smothering myself with hot flashes of tears,
Then the still small voice whispered, am here my child to take away your fears.

He said, look up, my child the Saviour is here,
When you have a burden too great to bear,
Turn to me, I will always be there,
I have not forsaken you, I am always near.

His face sparkled with a twinkle in his eye,
It shone as bright as the stars in the sky.
His blonde hair dances with mottled golden rays,
And on his face, glows a smile that gently says,

My powerful grace can transform your broken heart,
Renew your mind and give you a brand new start.
To you my boundless love is like a mystery,
My faithfulness remains steadfast throughout history…

Fear not the terror of the night, nor the arrow that flies by day,
My faithfulness will never leave you in dismay,
My love has no limits –my love is without beginning or end,
Most important you are my child surely on me you can always depend.

Inspired by an experience I had as I grieve the loss of a dear loved one who was killed a few days away. It feels so surreal. Lord in my helplessness I simply look up to you for strength to make it through this great loss.
