THUS SAYS THE LORD – TRUST ME

Isaiah 43: 2  says, “When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee”. God will never fail you. Just because a company let you go, or a friend walked out, or you face a failure does not mean it is the end, God has a new beginning. Trust him.

Think about Joseph. He was betrayed by his brothers, sold into slavery, put in prison, yet Joseph never became bitter, never blamed God, never gave up on his dreams. Why? He trusted God even when it was hard. In the end God promoted him, put him in-charge over Egypt. The brothers that betrayed him came back and bowed low before him. That is a flourishing finish. This is triumph for a man who trusted God. Even when you are at your lowest God is there, often he is the one carrying you. Trust him.

I whole heartedly believe that when you trust God with all your heart, He will bless you with what you need in every way – relationship, career, friendships etc. I trust God completely in every choice I make. I am nothing without Him. God help me to continue to trust you. And in moments when my faith seems to flutter, God I pray like the man in the Bible; God help my unbelief. 🙏🏾🙏🏾

Thanks my sister for your valuable comment. As I ponder your question, I cannot imagine where would I be without trusting the Lord.

The opening line of Proverbs 3:5 gives the instruction, “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart.” We are not to be half-hearted in our trust in the Lord.

We are to set our trust in the Lord entirely, with all our heart, with complete confidence in Him. Certainly, He is worthy of such whole-hearted trust and confidence.
